CORNOVII HOMES - IFTON GREEN

THE BRIEF

The objective was to produce a comprehensive marketing package for Cornovii Homes' show home in Ifton Green, Shropshire. This included creating a bespoke film to be featured on their social media channels, aimed at attracting new customers and driving sales of their new build homes. Additionally, the project involved capturing high-quality internal and external photography for use on their website and social media platforms. To provide a complete perspective of the development, drone footage was included to showcase the surrounding area and emphasise the scale of the development.

OUR APPROACH

On the filming day, we planned and coordinated with the Cornovii Homes team to ensure a smooth process. We started by capturing footage of the show home's exterior and interior, focusing on its features and amenities. We worked closely with the Cornovii Homes' team to accurately portray the property. Additionally, we used a drone to capture aerial footage of the surrounding area to showcase the development's size and location. Overall, our approach was collaborative and focused on creating a compelling visual marketing package for Cornovii Homes.
